About Me

Neel Doshi is a qualified actuary from the Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) and the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK (IFOA). He has completed his graduation in financial markets from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai in 2019 and is currently pursuing the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) program offered by GARP, USA. He currently works at Acies Consulting LLP, a niche risk and technology consulting firm with a global presence. He has experience in the areas of risk management, model development and validation, credit and market risk modelling, commodity hedging, product development and banking related regulations. He has led multiple engagements over the past three years, working with clients across India, Middle East and Southeast Asia. He is also a visiting faculty at the Institute of Actuarial and Quantitative Studies (IAQS), teaching subjects like financial engineering and Basel norms. During his school and college days, he has been an active debater and participant in various inter-school and inter-collegiate competitions
