About Me

Jenisha Parikh is a commercial lawyer and founder of the law firm 'Parakram Legal'. She has graduated from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. She has advised on a number of domestic and cross-border transactions involving VC / PE funding, strategic acquisitions, exits and joint ventures across sectors including healthcare, retail, IT, insurance and manufacturing. She also has considerable expertise in advising on regulatory matters and specialises in outbound transactions / ODI transactions. In addition to the above, she also mentors law aspirants and law students. Currently, she is the chief mentor for law school preparations at PDLC and also takes guest lecture / credit courses for law students at her alma mater, WBNUJS. Previously, she has mentored law aspirants at Law School Tutorials (Career Launcher), Kolkata and IMS, Mumbai.
